Right you are, Ken: If you missed the MXC marathon last Thursday, there's another one in honor of April Fool's Day this Thursday. I did a little digging and three of the four episodes that weren't shown this past Thursday will be aired on 4/1. I'll post the whole schedule in a day or two.

My old college buddy Bob has a book coming out for iUniverse in a few weeks. Details are sketchy, but I've heard it's a fantasy book (wizards and sorecerers and the like). Bob used to spend entire semesters playing Diablo on his computer, so I'd say he'll know what he's talking about. I'll throw up a link when the book is avilable.

With the RIAA cracking down on illegal music downloaders, my new obsession is legal music downloading, meaning tracking down web sites drenched in freebies. Pretty much any decent sized independent label will have a slattering of song. Newest Industry Records, a label I never heard of before, had some quality tunes. Worth a listen if you got the time (and a decent internet connection).

The girl who rang me up in CBS has "Kwin" on her name tag. It took me a second to realize it's an alternate spelling of "Quinn." I wonder if that's how her name really is spelt, or if she was just opted for a cutesy spelling.

More later.

ALERT: MXC MARATHON TOMORROW ON SPIKE TV

Go here for the schedule. Big ups to Bix for pointing this out. I've got the tapes ready to roll.

In other TV news, I got caught up in the second half of L+O: SVU last night, only to go to bed angry when the murderer got off (granted she murdered a serial rapist, but still, I hate that). I swear, this new ADA couldn't convict John Dillenger.

I'll clean up the blog and add some more links, maybe this weekend? I gotta go watch Chappelle's Show. More later.

Ice cream cake is goooooood.

I got a nice haul on my B'day. I'll plunk down a little on some DVD's (I'm thinking Futurama Vol. 3 and maybe the Rundown if it's cheap) and put the rest towards my upcoming move. I need a cell phone too, since I'm the only person on the planet without one (besides the elderly and some coma patients).

So tired. Need sleep. More tomorrow.

Happy birthday to me. And this blog too, I guess.

I mainly asked for cash this year. Not very personal, but hell, who's ever disappointed with money? My buddy Johnny gave me a gift pack of Hulk Hogan related merchandise, including a Hulk Hogan action figure, the classic Hulk Hogan CD, and a DVD of "Shadow Warriors" starring, you guessed it, Hulk Hogan, along with Carl Weathers and Shannon Tweed. I'm not sure, but I think this was a made for TV movie that aired on TNT (it sure as hell didn't make it to theaters). In case you're wondering what kind of movie this is, Shannon Tweed's character is named "Hunter Wiley." 'Nuff said.

I knew I shouldn't have given Johnny that tape of Nathan Jones matches for Christmas.

Back later with a loot update.
